4. Admissions & Enrollment

• Fees once paid are subject to the institute's specific refund policies.
• Batch schedules are subject to change due to faculty availability or operational reasons. We will communicate any changes in advance.

5. Payments & Refunds

We believe in financial transparency. All fees for courses and consulting charges will be communicated clearly before payment.

• Refunds, if applicable, are governed strictly by our Refund Policy provided at the time of enrollment or contract signing.
• Generally, no refunds are provided for services (training or consulting) that have already been delivered or consumed.

For our consulting clients (fleet owners, transporters):

• Consulting outcomes depend heavily on the client's cooperation and execution of our recommendations.
• We do NOT guarantee specific profit figures, revenue increases, or business results, as these are influenced by external market factors.
